Gloucester Caravan Storage was established in 2017 conveniently located close to Junction 12 (Gloucester) of the Motorway M5 (see Location tab on the Home page). We have completed the expansion of our Pool Farm site to the same high specification. It’s hard surface is well drained and level.
Spaces are available immediately.
The site enjoys excellent access to the motorway and trunk road network for the Midlands, the North, the South West, South Wales and the Channel Ports at Portsmouth and Plymouth.
THE STORAGE SITE
The site is purpose-developed for outdoor storage with capacity expanded to almost 300 bays. Bays are generously sized 3.5 meters by 8 meters with ample room to manoeuvre between the rows of bays. Bays are individually allocated.
If you are potential customer please apply – see below – providing full contact details and an outline of your storage requirement, preferably by email. At times of high demand for storage we keep a waiting list in strict chronological order.
We continue to recognise the need for a high standard of security. As full members of the Caravan Storage Site Owners Association (CaSSOA) the expanded site has been constructed and equipped to the same CASSOA Gold Standard as before. Electronicaly-controlled access gates, lighting, CCTV and bunding to secure the perimeter of the site have been installed and we continue to have the ability to monitor the CCTV system remotely.
A Key Fob system controls access and egress from the site within defined hours.
The Site Manager is resident in the adjoining farm house. Fire-fighting equipment is installed.
Gloucester Caravan Storage carries appropriate public liability cover. Customers are responsible for insuring their caravans/motorhomes and their attachments and contents against fire, theft and impact damage while on the site. Evidence of insurance is required as part of the storage agreement.
Some facilities for basic maintenance are available subject to reasonable use. There is mains power, water and an air-compressor on site for these purposes.
Our Tariff offers some flexibility for those wanting storage for short or long periods. See the ‘Tariff’ tab on the home page for the rates for 2021. VAT is included in the published rates. Rates are update annually from 1st January becoming effective from the date of renewal of each agreement.
