Gloucester Caravan Storage was established in 2017 conveniently located close to Junction 12 (Gloucester) of the Motorway M5 (see Location tab on the Home page). This site will close at the end of July 2019. From August 2019, we will be moving to a new location within a mile of the established site. Excellent access to the motorway and trunk road network for the Midlands, the North, the South West, South Wales and the Channel Ports at Portsmouth and Plymouth will be preserved.
STORAGE at NEW SITE
The new site is being purpose-developed for outdoor storage with capacity increased to 100 bays. Bays are generously sized 3.5 meters by 8 meters with ample room to manoeuvre between the rows of bays. Bays are individually allocated and password protected.
Nearer completion, existing customers will be able to renew their agreements; old customers will be welcomed back on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are potentially a new customer please provide full contact details and an outline of your storage requirement, preferably by email and we will record your interest.
We continue to recognise the need for a high standard of security. As full members of the Caravan Storage Site Owners Association (CaSSOA) our existing site is rated with an award of Gold Standard. We aim to meet the same standards at our new site. Locked access gates, CCTV and bunding to secure the perimeter of the site will be installed and we will continue to have the ability to monitor the CCTV system remotely.
The Site Manager will remain resident nearby. Fire-fighting equipment will be installed.
Gloucester Caravan Storage carries appropriate public liability cover. Caravan owners are responsible for insuring their caravans and their attachments and contents against fire, theft and impact damage while on the site. Evidence of insurance is required as part of the storage agreement.
Facilities for basic maintenance are available at an extra charge according to user. There is mains power, water and an air-compressor on site for these purposes.
